No FORMAT/DELETE option, while reinstalling Windows 7

I have Windows 7 installed in my computer. Now I want to reinstall it. I have 500 MB free of 19 GB on my C drive. When it comes to the step of selecting a drive to install the OS, it says the C drive does not have enough space. But the concerning issue is it does not show any Format option either, so I cannot reinstall Windows 7.
The image during installation is as follows. PLZ help.

Use Shift+F10 to open command prompt.
Then just delete all the partitions using DISKPART and proceed with Installation.

    Welcome to the forum,

Your symptoms sound very much like you are trying to do a Repair install instead of a Clean install which will give you the drive options you are looking for.

From our Clean Install tutorial, Clean Install Windows 7 under step 7,

You may not have the Drive options (advanced) option unless the installation is done at boot, and not running the installation from within your current OS
