    Problems installing Windows 7 ISO


    i downloaded the iso version 32 bit of windows 7 professional. I make burned a copy to a DVD and change the BIOS boot from DVD. I chose the installation language and it now say that i am missing a driver. what driver does it need? how do i finish the install? should i just download the exe file and install from my computer.

    Did you choose a different language than english ?

    no. i can only read english lol

    it says that i'm missing the CD/DVD driver. but when i went to the device manager to update the driver it says that its the current driver. what do i do?

    What about if you boot in Safe Mode in Vista & then try install from DVD ?

    So it's installing off the DVD and stops in the middle with a missing driver issue? You said you got to pick a language....
    Only in M$land! I'd call them direct on that one.

    Where did you get Win7?

    Try burning the ISO again using ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify - it never fails.
