I assume we are talking about the disk with partition L. On that you have 390GB free space. You could split off a partition of 50 or 100GB (or more) to where you can install the OS.

1. For splitting use this program because disk manmagement won't do it (the MFT is in the way)

2. Install the OS into this new partition.
During the installation you have to disconnect Disk0 and Disk2 - else your bootmgr will land on one of those (most likely on Disk0 and then you have a double boot situation)
If you want to boot from the new OS, change the boot seqience in the BIOS (F12 during boot - ESC for HP PCs).
