Go to Dells Driver page, enter the info for your computer, select version of OS, down load the driver and install it.

Dell has a good driver page, Technical Support.

Let us know if you find the driver on the Dell site.

this worked for me

Download Intel Application Accelerator RAID Edition
Intel Application Accelerator RAID Edition

Open the Command Prompt (Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Command Prompt)

Navigate to the location where you saved R76348.EXE (you can copy it's folder location from explorer, and type: cd "c:\downloads\drivers\dell" (assuming that's where you saved the file

Execute the file by typing R76348 -a (note where it will save the setup files... you can copy the location by highlighting it, right clicking the highlighted text, and selecting "Copy")

Once that's done, navigate to the location where you've extracted the files. By default you would type: cd "C:\Dell\Drivers\R76348"

Type: Setup -a -p C:\Dell\Files (when prompted, click Next)

Using windows explorer, navigate to C:\Dell\Files and copy the Driver folder to a USB/CD/floppy disk/etc

Those are the files that you need to get Windows 7 to see your hard drive(s).

This would be a lot easier.

Actually he would have had to post it about nine months earlier to have helped OP for this old thread.

But Google will keep the thread alive so others can benefit from both of your input.

Maybe I'm late to the party, but is the OP actually running RAID? If this is a desktop system, ditch the RAID, set the controllers to AHCI, and then install/enjoy Windows 7.
