Forinstalling I prefer a disk to be honest but if you want to try again this isthe one to follow
CleanReinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 make sureit is the right version ie Home Premium or Ultimate whatever you have a codefor and then the language and do not use the ones with a large "N" or"old" beside them.
You can use a disk or USB stick with this.

The Vista one well at a guess I would say you need to get a new key or an OEM for it. It will come with SP1.

Are you saying that you used the Toshiba REcovery disks you made to reinstall Windows on several computers?

Regardless of how you did it this is not legal and needs to be sorted out now.

Go to each of the PC's which you used the Recovery disks to reinstall Windows that does not belong on those PC's. Look on the COA sticker on the case to see what the licensed version is for that PC. The COA sticker will be on the back of the tower, under a laptop or under a lap top battery. It looks similar to this:



Write down the Product Key for the licensed version on each of those PC's, do not share it with anyone or post it back here.

Then post back the exact name of the licensed version on each COA sticker so we can help you find the correct installer to reinstall Windows using the legal Product Key on the COA sticker.

To do this and to make things right it WAS NOT SERVERAL PCS.was only 2 as one hdd broke and the other one
Has a load of viruses.so don't make me out worse than what is without knowing

But now you need to focus on the steps I gave you in my last post and report back the requested information so we can help you get the licensed version reinstalled on any PC's that were installed with the wrong OS version.

Me I have 2 download the right windows for the code from the web page
You guys told me and load the iso using the code from the ONLY 2 LAPTOPS!!!! only 2 THAT'S IT 2 then use there original key and it will work.I did NOT think it will work as I DID not know NOTHING and had no restore CD.NO FAULT MENT BY NOT!!!! KNOWING !!!!!

Well I know that my wee girls is windows vista one so going 2 fix this so thanks for helping me
