Only options: Start-up repair, Start normally. CD/USB boot no result.

    Hey.

My toshiba laptop was working fine yesterday. This morning when I turn it on I see start-up repair or start normally. I always make sure to use shut down so that screen shouldn't show but it did. I didn't install any new software/updates.

So now I try normal, "Starting Windows" then there is a quick bluescreen that restarts laptop without me being able to see what the bluescreen says.

Next option was to try start-up repair. It says windows is loading files. Then 'Microsoft corporation' but the bar doesn't load at all it just goes to a black screen. And when I let it sit for awhile, cursor appears and I can move it around but nothing else.

Now about the CD/USB fresh installing. When I went to BIOS,put default, save, restart, and change settings boot from USB or CD, tried both of those but for those it loads windows files then stuck on Starting Windows.

I tried my windows CD I bought and also USB/CD home made copies by downloading it and burning. Same Starting Windows error.

Please help :) I would like a clean install for I don't have anything of importance to need to back-up.

Have you tried the Toshiba Recovery disk?

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
    startup repair disc-create

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

    Test Results
    Toshiba MQ01ABD050

Pleas contact your HDD supplier for additional support.
    Dispositin Code = 0x70

0x70 is pointing to one or more bad sectors on your drive.

    DOS Diagnostic Tool Ver. 7.0
    (For IDE/ATA/SATA Hard Drives)
    ZIPfjdt_700.zip [62KB]

    3.2. Running the program

*Note: You cannot run this program under WINDOWS environment.

3.2.1. Boot from a clean DOS disk.
3.2.2. Change to the drive/directory where FJDT.EXE is located.
    3.2.3. Syntax:
