Best Memory for AMD FX8350
I am building a new PC, using an AMD FX8350 on a MSI 970A-G46 mobo. I have G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (2 X 4MB). I also have one stick of G.Skill F3-14900CL10S-8GBXL. Which would be better for this build?

The 2 sticks will be better as they will run in dual channel mode and performance will be considerably better.
Paul.
Two matched stick are the best only better is four matched sticks. I would look to add the faster of the sticks and if the 1x8 is faster then look to order another exactly the same for dual channel.
Best Ram for best performance for the 8350 would be Dual channel 1866 which is native memory controller specs
2x4 GB sticks should do you great justice
Stick with the 2x4 1600mhz one 8GB stick will put you in 1T which some say does better then dual but again it's up to you there is not much of a difference going to from 1600mhz to 1866 anyway it has been proven many times
You can also up clock that ram to almost match 1866 so win win
