W7 Pro ISO from Technet gives All versions on install
Hi there
A bit of a surprise
Downloaded Windows 7 X-64 PRO from technet -- this will probably be my everyday OS on my Laptop - but I'm customising it first by loading it as a VM testing it and then doing a final Virtual to Physical before finally activating it.
On the install panel option I got please select the Windows 7 you want to install -- from Home Basic to Ultimate.
I chose Pro.
I assume I'll need the PRO key I got from technet -- however I wish I'd known this in advance as it would have saved me 4 or 5 X 3GB downloads.
Not too bad in my case as I have fast uncapped Broadband @ 20 MB but if you have a slow download speed just load ANY Windows 7 ISO (apart from enterprise) and obtain the Correct key for the system you want to install.
