Have Windows 7 installed, need to uninstall, reformat, clean reinstall

Have Windows 7 installed, need to uninstall, format, and clean reinstall. It is installed on 130 GB partition C:/. I have tried to reformat C:, tried to repartition the drive, tried to reinstall, and now only have 5 GB's left on C: from the 42 GB I had before I started. Please help if possible. Going nuts.

Please post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image.

If there's nothing you need to save on the HD after backing everything up, then delete all partitions during the booted Clean Install using the Drive Options in Steps 7 and 8 of Clean Install Windows 7.

Other tips to help you prepare, assure you get and keep a perfect install are the same as for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
