RAID Install

Hi
I am putting together a new PC (specs in my profile) and I wanted to start this off with Widows 7 X64. I purchased it directly from Microsoft, D/L the ISO and the tool to make a bootable USB flash drive . I also want to run a RAID 1 so I then D/L the Intel Matrix driver from the ASUS website and made a floppy of the driver info. My question is can I just add this driver into the USB bootable install disc and if so do I just copy all of the files that are on the floppy over to the USB and lastly which directory do they go in and should they be in their own folder (like "raid"). This will be a clean install on a new PC .

Thanks in advance for the help.
