2nd - uninstall that crap Driver Detective, Driver Easy, Google update
It should not be on a machine after a clean install

    Speccy reports:

    Optical Drives
    No optical disk drives detected

    Audio
    No audio card detected

I visited Insys and it wasn't much help - clicked on downloads - wasn't even a link.

Could you please provide the model number of your machine and the link you used to download drivers?

    Thanks

No one can help find the driver(s) unless you provide the model number of your Insys machine.

Speccy give a lot to work with, but it says you don't have an audio card or an Optical drive. This might be because the drivers aren't installed.

AS greg mentioned, Windows Update (WU) should supply you with most of the ancilliary device drivers - IF you haven't changed the default device driver download setting.

You might want to run WU manually though Control Panel - check for updates and make sure there aren't any unticked boxes.
