I resolved..the problem wasn't the uefi but the management of the disk geometry that in this laptop change during the installation..to fix you have to download this driver and load during the installation..that's it..

HP Envy Sleekbook Touchsmart 4-1195CA Bricked and solved

Pls. refer to the following short tutorial without having to open the laptop

I have tried on my laptop HP Envy Touchsmart 4-1195CA.

    1. ISO with Windows
1.1 Find a ISO with Windows 8 Pro for HP (you do not need to buy the HP Recovery Kit). Just look in internet en_windows_8_x64_dvd_915440.iso
    1.2. Burn it to a USD 3.0 Pendrive (16Gb). Use rufus-1.4.12.exe.
1.3 Carefull with this. Setting for rufus GPT Partition for UEFI, FAT32. Otherwise it will not boot

    2. Addtional Drivers
2.1 Download drivers from HP for Intel Rapid Storage (zip file)
2.2 Unzip and put those files within a folder in the Pendrive

    3. BIOS.

3.1. Boot with pendrive and navigate the menu to access BIOS setup
3.2. Set USB 3.0 to auto mode
    3.3. Enable legacy boo

    3.4. DIsable SecureBoot
3.5 Change boot order for legacy boot. Place HD laptop in FIRST place

    4. Delete RAID
4.1. With changes in item 3, should appear a new window on boot. Press ctrl+L for intel marix storage utility
4.2. Delete raid0 of ssd and hdd. Delete acceleration (press R)

Because you did 3 and 4, now all the disk drive will appear in windows installation.

    5. Install Windows with pendrive
5.1 In storage WIndow to install windows you have to add Intel Rapid Storage driver
    5.2 Kill all the partitions
5.3 Select 30Gb ssd as target

    6. After Windows is installed
6.1 Disable legacy boot, enable back what was done with the BIOS
6.2 Install Intel Rapid Storage software in windows to create RAID 0

    Y listo!!!!
