Screenshot help in getting an ISO file from disk onto thumb drive

I hope one of you guys can tell me how to get a ISO file from a disk onto a empty thumb drive, usually i see a "send to " but i don't see that option in the following screenshot, any other way to get the thumb drive to boot?

Thanks, i figured my original post is dead so i started a new one.

So the ISO file is on a CD or DVD disc and you want to copy it to a USB flash drive, right?

    Start My Computer.
Right click on the optical drive and select Explore.
    Start another My Computer.
Right click on the flash drive and select Explore.

Line up the windows so you can drag the ISO from the optical drive to the flash drive to copy it there.

I would think you would 1st get the iso file off the dvd using Imgburn or other program, then burn that iso to the flash drive using Rufus or Wintobootic or PowerIso or your favorite program.

I would like to know if Z`s suggestion works for you. :)

It depends if you want it bootable or not. If so you need to use a program like Brian linked, Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool or UltraISO Software To Create Bootable USB Flash Drive.

If you just want to store it then drag it to the flash stick under Computer on the right hand explorer bar while in an Explorer box.
