    Dualboot XP/7 - installing Win 8 in place of XP

    Hello!

    Currently I'm using dualboot with Win XP and 7. (XP was installed first)
    XP is installed on partition C: and 7 on F:.
    I'd like to install Win 8 in place of Windows XP, keeping the 7, but deleting XP (dualboot 7/8).
    Can I just format C: and choose it in Win 8 installation GUI, or do I need to do some more things for it to work?

    Screenshot from Disk manager (Sorry for not having English OS, I hope I translated it correctly ;p)

    Red = C: (XP)
    Green = D:, E: (empty)
    Black = F: (7)

    Greetings!

    Hey, I have one more question.
    I've ran into issues with making my win7 partition bootable (it's logical drive etc.).
    Could I just format C: (also making win7 unbootable - it's a boot partition), install win8 on it and then add F: (win7) to bootmgr using EasyBCD?
    If not, is there a way to convert Logical Drive into a Primary Partition without ANY risk of losing data?
