You can't run a 64 bit bootsect.exe from within 32 bit windows. That is why you need to use 32 bit bootsect.exe.

If you have done that and it is still not working, then the problem is not the lack of nt6 bootsector code.

From what I understand you are unable to boot from your bootable USB pen drive you created with the Microsoft Tool which can be finicky at times or most of the time .

Try with another pen drive.

Create your bootable install USB pen drive either with Rufus or WiNToBootic
