Windows 7 64bit Key with 32bit version possible?

Hello,

I bought windows 7 64bit upgrade version for students. However I want to use 32 bit now, since I have simply had too many problems. Is it possible to install Windows7 32bit and register it with my CD Key (which I got for 64bit Version)?

Cheers.
