If the PC you are selling to your friend has use the Trial Version and it's time has run out then in order to use that program on that computer again it will have to be bought.

Your computer has no idea who owns it.
The only thing Adobe know is the Trial Version has been installed on that computer and the Trial Version time is over for that computer. Adobe is not dumb. It will not let you run Trial Version on one computer over and over.
Adobe also don't care who owns the computer or who sell the computer.
