BOOTMGR is missing after corrupt install

So yesterday after starting up a brand new computer, I was installing my OS when i had a power-cut now every time i turn my pc on it comes with following message "BOOTMGR is missing" I believe my whole harddrive is corrupt maybe, But i do not know how to go about this.

I tried running another disc but it refused to run it, I tried putting Dban on disc and loading it and still comes up with "BOOTMGR is missing"

Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix my computer please.

    Thanks.

Did you have power problems DURING install?

Boot from win7 install disk. Click "repair your computer"->startup repair.
Did it show the win7 install on C (or D)?
Did startup repair find any problems? Click "view diagnostic and repair details" after running startup repair. Post the results.... I'm not interested in tests with result 0x0.... that means "success"

I have fixed the issue now, Bit of fiddling around and it finally works.
