Devices do work in the U3.
The dock works fine on other PCs w/U3.
The dock works fine in U2.

Well that makes no sense, I have no idea what could be going on with the dock. If it work in other USB3 and in USB2, it should work in tour PC if other USB devices work in the 3 ports.

Here is ASRock's support phone, give them a call. 1-909-590-8308

Click the little arrow beside each item to expand them. It will take more than one snip I suspect.

The problem with the dock was solved by either updating the AMD drivers or by nuking ASRock FastUSB. I have a feeling it was the chipset drivers.

More likely it was the Fast USB crap. ASUS has something similar and it's not very good.

Glad you got'er done!

ASRock A75 Pro4-M or Asrock B75 Pro3-M?
I used the A75 Pro4-M in my current build, but I'm building another for a friend. I'm not sure if I should go with the same board, or use the B75 Pro3-M this time. It's hard to find any reviews on either of these boards. I like the PCIE spacing on the A75 board, but I'd also like to try the...
