It is there and intact by all appearances. Rightclick the D partition to Explore your files. Does D show up in Explorer or Computer?

I told before you that D must be marked Inactive. Having it queried first by BIOS which is looking for an Active partition to boot is trouble. Do it now: Partition - Mark as Inactive - then check your Shutdown.

While you wait now is a good time to read back through the thread to complete the steps you've missed. This work requires the utmost thoroughness, missing nothing. If you have a question about how something is done then ask back but do not ignore it. This help would cost you more than the value of your PC in a shop.

    Hi.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

    • Download and execute Driverview
    • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
    • Edit > Select all
    • File > Save Selected Items
    • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
    • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Some USB device is there, that uses private symbols, and that is causing some issues, and this file will help us to trace it.

    Download DriverView

I am still waiting to hear if you've installed all of your Important and Optional Windows Updates after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3). Check for Updates now.

If so are any drivers still missing in Device Manager, as shown with a ! mark?

Did you test Shutdown now that D is Inactive?
