    just tried restart and it logged off but got stuck on the shutting down again. had to manually shut it down again .

    just tried downloading the bios 2.30 (05/09/11) from the toshiba link -my bios 2.30 is 28/08/09. i got a box that popped up saying this computer is not supported ???

    just disabled the Nuvoton MC CIR Port and its still not shutting down/restarting ???

    Click on Start > Control Panel> Windows Update.

    At the left, there is control panel home. The second item there is Change Settings. Click on it.

    Take a snapshot of the resulting window and upload the screenshot.
