You have to take a snapshot of that resulting window only. Not the update.
Asking again, how old are you? :)

is there a way to do this with the computer or the traditional way with me camera ?
why do you need my age ?
Start > All program > Accessories > Snipping Tools.
Snipping tool takes a snapshot.
But it would be nice to know whom I am instructing. I think that you are a kid? :)
not a kid... just someone who knows very little about computers, and did have a very good computer last week until i was advised by my local computer shop to change my system to 64 bit as it is faster ... i,m 44 by the way ....
It is the proper way to use the snipping tool. :)
May be it is installing the updates? When windows installs the updates, it does not shut down till the updates are all installed. After a clean install, it takes a real big time to get all the updates downloaded and installed. :)
About computer knowledge, give it only one week with us, on seven forums. You will be good enough to deal with your day to day issues.
Sorry for thinking you a kid You are much senior than me!
Did you get the BIOS update notice when you tried to run its .exe? Sounds like it isn't for that PC. I would go back to the Toshiba Support Downloads webpage and put in your Serial Number to see if it gives you more specific drivers for BIOS, chipset and other.
Confirm you installed the Toshiba chipset, then rebooted.
Type Solutions in Start Search box. See if Win7 has queued any Problems and check for Solutions.
went into solutions and all that was noted was that it couldnt find anti virus software on the computer. i havent put this back on yet until its sorted.
Did you notice that I asked you three specific questions there and you only replied to one? This was after I reminded you that nothing can be missed if we are to succeed at troubleshooting a problem like this. Please answer all of the questions, not just one out of three.
Maybe half of the steps given in this entire thread have been ignored or at least not replied to, including all attempts to get you to go back and complete any you missed.
