32 bit to 64 bit upgrade issue

Alright so I'm in the process of upgrading from the 32 bit version of Windows 7 to the 64 bit version of Windows 7. When the process restarted my computer, it simply started with the USB 3.0 Onboard Acceleration and is staying on that screen. What do I do now?

Move the Win7 installer to a USB 2.0 port, as the dated SP1 doesn't have USB 3 drivers in it so they'll need to be delivered via Windows Update along with other drivers once installed, after you enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3).

Other tips here to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 are same for retail.
