Well guys, after 5 days of trying to figure this out turns out the problem was 7-zip.
I've downloaded 5 different .iso total and all came out to be the correct size besides the very first one, but all kept giving me was.....
Invalid MS-DOS function.
bootsect.exe.mui
Type:MUI File
Size 15.5 KB
Along with windows USB DVD tool and Rufus not being able to read it and following the command prompt tutorial and still failing, this morning I decided to just try Winrar since it's what I've always used for things like this. Apparently when I extracted these .iso with 7-zip it would only give the .iso and a boot folder, and not knowing that's not all its suppose to give, I've been trying to work with that alone, thinking people were mounting the .iso and copy/pasting the files from there because you could see all the folders on screenshots, but when I mounted and tried to copy/pasted it would give me the MS-DOS error. So in the end when I downloaded Winrar and extracted the .iso with it, and it gave me every correct folder and files that I needed, allowing me to re-install Windows 7 onto my laptop/desktop.
I appreciate all the help from you guys, especially Gregrocker, I just can't believe this was all because of a extraction failure.
Case solved!
