    Thanks, so I shouldn't have an issue at all with this product going from Ult to Ult?

    You said earlier you want to buy a new Pro key to replace a TechNet key that's Ultimate, correct? I showed you a way to do that via the Repair Install.

    If you now want to replace an Ultimate key with another Ultimate key, you can just change it at Control Panel>System activation link. If that's not present from Elevated Command Prompt use:

    slmgr -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx (enter a new or replace the current product key with the new product key supplied at xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx)

    slmgr -ato (to activate)
