    1. can install win8 in logical partition?
You can install Windows to a logical partition. A MBR partitioned disk only need a single primary partition to use as the "Active" partition. By default a normal Windows installation will create a small 100 MB partition labeled "System reserved" exclusively to store boot critical files. Whether you install Windows to a logical or primary partition, boot files will be always stored in the "System Reserved" partition.

If you are familiar with the installation process, there won't be any issues. However make sure to backup all data to an external medium as an insurance. Also it will be a good idea to image your hard drive.

    3. can I convert *: Recovery(primary) to *:Recovery(Logical) and create new primary partition for install win8?
Don't do this. Your may not be able to perform a recovery operation. Although you can create a new logical partition in the 35 GB free space, it is too short to be used as an OS partition. All your partitions are almost full so it is not possible to shrink some space and create a new partition for 8. I would recommend moving all data stored in "F:" (Movies ), format the drive and install 8 to it.

Simply boot from the install DVD/USB and choose the last partition for install and the installer will auto-configure dual boot for you.

You can create a new Logical partition in the Unallocated Space shown there with the * mark for your Windows 8 install. You can then add or subtract Space to it from any other partition whether it is adjacent or not using extend partition easily with Partition Wizard - video help.

Devoloper Preview is nothing but an old beta so you shouldn't install that. You should install "Windows 8.1 Pro Update 1" 64 bit ( latest release ) and you will be fine with phone SDK.

Sorry mate. I am not familiar with Embedded OS and developer tools based on it. I can help you setup or manage any consumer OS but i know nothing about "Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro".
