Windows 8.1 installation stuck at verifying DMI Pool Data on Windows 7

Hello i have a computer with win7 32 bit .And it started responding very slowly after an year or so.
So i decided to move onto Win8 64 bit.but after downloading i realized that win 8 64bit setup couldnt run on win 7 32 bit.So i decided to do a clean install from a flash drive of 16 gb.So when i started my computer and tried to boot into the flash drive it got stuck at the message "Verifying DMI Pool Data".I left it there for an hour but still no progress.

Please help me out of this situation .
    Any help would be appreciated

Win8 is not an upgrade, but a quirky phone app pretending to be an OS. You'd be better off working through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to resolve the problems with 7 which always runs perfectly if it is installed and maintained correctly.

Format the flash stick using Option One of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows

Then boot the stick as a UEFI device in BIOS Boot Menu to install as UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums

If problems persist test your hardware from Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

You can also set to Legacy, CSM with Legacy Boot first in BIOS setup, then install WIn7 normally to an MBR drive. In either case you should delete all partitions during the booted install.

Don't you already own a copy of Win7 for that PC? If so all u need is here to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 including the disk in Step 1. Steps are same for retail.

No i used a friend's DVD for the installation and now he has moved somewhere else. So there isn't much of a choice. My brother had a windows 8 ISO so i decided to use it as a temporary solution. And windows 8 also has an advantage over windows 7 in terms of performance. So it was my only option keeping in mind my low end system hardware.

What advantage does Windows 8 have over Windows 7. I haven't seen any.

Where does the key come from from either OS?

Well thanks for your solution I successfully upgraded my windows and now it starts in just 7secs keeping in my mind my specs so till now I'm satisfied but the start screen is a little difficult to use with mouse but there has been a burst in performance.
