Sysprep box keeps coming up on newly deployed pc

I customized master installation in Audit Mode, than went into oobe by running this command from administrative command prompt: sysprep /oobe /generalize /shutdown /unattend:e:\unattend.xml. Than I captured the image with imagex, and installed it. Everything appeared to work beautifully except that the Sysprep box keeps coming up after every reboot. (And I'm not sure that it has deleted the built-in Admin account, but when I create a new account, everything I customized it with does transfer over).

I have checked to make sure it is not in the Startup folder, but it is not.

After exiting from the Sysprep several times to no avail, I let it stay on oobe and selected 'Shutdown', but on next reboot Sysprep keeps coming up. Could I just delete the executable? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks to everyone in advance for helping.

I wanted to add my setupact and my setuperr logs in case they might help someone trying to help diagnose what the problem is- these are both from the target computer that I deployed the image to:

We have deployed around 45 new HP Probook 6360's. I have been getting many calls about BSOD issues. I'm having trouble pinpointing the issue.
