Hello Vikashavtar, and welcome to Seven Forums. :)

Does your laptop meet system requirements for a 64-bit Windows? It'll need to have a 64-bit CPU.

What's the model number of the laptop?

The specs of your laptop below indicate that it does support 64-bit Windows, but with only 4GB of RAM, I would just stick with 32-bit Windows.

    (specs)
HP Pavilion dv6-6119tx Entertainment Notebook PC Product Specifications | HP® Support

    (32-bit and 64-bit drivers)
Software & driver downloads HP Pavilion dv6-6119tx Entertainment Notebook PC | HP® Support

Most likely the missing RAM is being allocated for your integrated AMD graphics chip. You could check in your BIOS settings to see how much and adjust if needed.

According to this, it`s a 64 bit cpu so maybe it`s the media you are trying to use
