    Windows 8 and Windows 7 Dual-Boot Question

Hi, I have an HP laptop that came preinstalled with Windows 8. After testing it out, I don't really like it. But, i can't remove 8 due to my warranty. So i got out my copy of Windows 7 Home Premium to do a Dual-boot with. My question is, is there a way to install 7, but put all of my programs and files from 8 into 7? I really don't want to go through the hassle of downloading and installing everything all over again. Also, can i make Windows 7 the primary OS, with the most resources going into it? I still want to keep 8, but make it the secondary OS. Any Help is Appreciated!

In dual boot there is no primary and secondary OS. The OS you boot has all the resources.

The programs you cannot share. They all need to be reinstalled. The user files you could share - best if you put them into a seperate partition.
