Can't install Windows 8.1 or 7 on laptop

I've spent around 10 hours trying to fix this problem and still can't seem to resolve it.

Little backstory: Its a HP Envy laptop with a 1TB HDD running on windows 8.
But the laptop has been having a lot of start-up errors and finally some files corrupted and windows wouldn't function properly. So I decided to reformat it to 8.1, a complete wipe to get rid of all the pre-installed HP crap.

So here's what I've tried, in the same order.

    > I tried to install windows 8.1 through windows 8. -It failed after it restarted-
    > I tried to install windows 8.1 through USB ontop of the Windows Partition (There were 5 partitions). -It failed because of a GPT (If I remember correctly) Partition error-
    > I decided to delete all the partition and install Windows 8.1 ontop the entire 1TB disk space. -It started installing but then failed with an error code 0x80070057-
    > I tried diskpart through CMD to clean the disk drive then followed with a format to ntfs -It always just sticks on 0 percent%-
    > I tried all the same steps with Windows 7 -The exact same errors happen-

Please please please help! I've got one last option, plug the HDD into my desktop and try to format it that way but this is a lot of work so I'd like to keep it as a last resort.

    Thanks for the reply!

I tried, if I select the entire unallocated space (931.5GB) to install windows I get the error. -We couldn't create a new partition. Error 0xe339ae10-
AND I've been given this error too -We couldn't install Windows in the location you chose. Please check your media drive. Here's more info about what happened 0x80300002-

I tried to make a full partition of the unallocated space but I get the error. -We couldn't create a new partition. Error 0xe339ac50-

    Any ideas?

Where did you get the Windows 8.1 media to install from?
Did you create a UEFI bootable flash drive (per the link I posted) or are you using a DVD?

Maybe the drive has gone bad or has a serious problem? Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Work through these steps for https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...ml#post2714895.

If you've decided on a UEFI install then the settings in BIOS may need adjusting. Post back all settings choices (pictures will help) for UEFI, CSM, Legacy BIOS or Boot, and the BIOS Boot Priority order, usually found on Boot and Advanced BIOS setup tabs.

I got the media key from PC World (UK Based) But didn't come with a disc so I got the iso online.
I created a UEFI bootable flash drive with the ISO using rufus.

The HP laptop has a inbuilt Hard-drive and memory diagnostic tools, the option appears before BIOS/Startup so it runs outside of windows. I ran a Hard-drive test this morning, took a little over 3hours and it came up clean.

I've been through that tutorial before posting and in my OP has most of the results from that. Including the Diskpart results. I can go through it again and post exactly what happens if this'll help.

The dropbox link contains all the options/settings in the BIOS. I know the pictures are pretty poor, buts its the quickest option I had to hand. The options pictures are followed by their settings picture. This is literally all the BIOS has in-terms of pages. The only other page is a system information page.

Download the correct iso again from here: Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

Recreate the UEFI flash drive then try again.

If this is for WIndows 8 then post it at www.Eightforums.com because we support Win7 here.

We prefer to see all of the pictures in post by attaching them with the paper clip icon.

Use only Option One in USB flash stick Create tutorial.
