Win7 clean install, Get rid of ASUS Extra Junk

ASUS Essentio CM1831-US-3AB Desktop PC AMD FX-Series FX-8120 8 core(3.1GHz) 8GB DDR3 1TB HDD Window 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Have system that is 2 yr old. Want to do a clean install and bypass all the extra ASUS added in Junk.
Can I just download Current Win7 Home 64 Bit? Install that, and use my current product key.

Thank You.
