Windows 7 does not boot and installation CD/DVD freeze

    Hello everyone!

A few days ago i clean instaled Windows 7, after running normaly for a few days windows will no longer boot. It gets stuck on the boot/load screen. I have tried to repair windows with the instalation disc, but when i try to perform an action (after selecting language) the mous becomes a spining circle, indicating that it is loading, but nothing happens.
I have tried resetting BIOS but it has not helped.

If anyone have encountered this isue before i would be very greatfull for som help :)
    Thanks!

EDIT: Thank you all for the help! I tried everything you guys sugested to me without any luck in solving the isue, so i had a friend take a look at things and it turned out i had a busted harddrive.
Many thanks to everyone that offered advises!

Is the hard drive detected in BIOS setup and registers there?

Can you boot the disk in another PC?

Can you boot the disk with HD unplugged?

Try flash stick media provided in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot which also has everything that can be done to start Win7.
