    Reformatting, unexpected brown out

Hey guys, I need help... Hours ago my PC undergoes formatting and an unexpected one-second brown out occurs. Now my PC shows an error when I boot it after the brown out. I tried to format it again but the boot manager shows error.

If you lost power during install then you need to simply start again with the booted Clean Install Windows 7, deleting all partitions to create and format new at Steps 7 and 8.

The error you're getting most likely means there is no OS on the drive yet to boot.

And as always the install needs to be done from boot mode, booting the Win7 installation media instead of attempting to boot the HD which it's doing now. http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstr.../bootcddvd.htm

Other tips and tricks to get and keep a perfect install are the same as for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
