Problem in first time installation of Win-8 x64 on AsusX200MA notebook

    Sir,
I have purchased one Asus X200MA notebook with following specifications:

Processor: Intel® Bay Trail-M Quad Core Celeron N2920 GHz Processor
    Operating System: DOS
    Memory: DDR3 1600(O.C.) MHz SDRAM, 2 GB
Graphic: Integrated Intel® HD Graphics 4000
    Storage: 500GB 5400 RPM

I tried several times to install windows 7 from an external DVD ROM DRIVE. After "Copying windows" files another screen appears like "Starting Windows" and the system restarts and again copies windows files. Also I tried to make a flash drive bootable being followed by the procedure given by you. But while copying the files and folders from windows 7 DVD to the flash drive all files are copied except autorun.inf file. A message is shown like this, "Need permission to do this action". I have also attached screenshots in this regard for your reference. Again as per you after "Leaving Diskpart... " the command should be "C:\Windows\system32>". But in my system it shows like this "C:\users\Sairam>. Please help me.
