Or do you want to format a drive where Windows 7 is already installed and prepare it for a new OS installation?

Can you please elaborate what exactly is your problem and what you want to do after that formatting? Your question is not clear on it.

is there something else then using cmd @@ , i can't understand if the tutorial using CMD

i wan to format my window 7 ulimate x64 , cause there too much stuff
