Follow the steps to do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 paying special attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 which are printed in red so they can't be missed.
If what you're referring to is an error when you boot the installer that drivers need to be supplied, then this error almost always means you have a bad installer.
What is the licensed OS that shipped with your laptop? I would download and burn it to DVD or flash stick from Steps 1 and 2 of the tutorial so that you are not wasting a $100+ license that you already own for the life of the laptop, on an even more expensive version you may not even need: Compare Windows 7 Editions
Thanks gregrocker i Appreciate your support
but the problem is i crashed my windows and was not able to boot to the start menu so i intended on a reinstallation ,so i can't update my drivers any hope for me
It is my installation device drivers ( usb flash drive device driver ) that i can find
Did you even read what I just wrote above?
Hello gregrocker thanks alot for your reply
yes i did read your message but the problem is that this laptop was given to as a gift from an event and i can't see any stickers all i see is some IBM logo and lenovo terms and for my widows all i have left is an ISO on a bootable flash drive , so please any hopes for me ?
Are you saying that you do not have a sticker with the Windows Product Key? If that is the case, download the Free Speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download It has a lot of info about your PC including the Product Key.
Many thanks BIGMCK
but my laptop can't boot at all so i can't run this program on it , I am able to read your only with my cell phone , so any hope for me?
When the flash stick is correctly created from Steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then you will not be prompted for drivers which means it is not done correctly.
I see no evidence you are following any of those steps at all. Do you have a problem understanding them? If so ask all the questions you need.
