Well the last thing i want is to do a reinstall and have even more issues with this new sager laptop. However, is there a way to know 100 percent my sager laptop doesn't have any virus/bloatware/trojan or keylogger etc?

Malwarebytes shows nothing. Antisuperantispyware everyday i do a scan, it always has at least 28 threats. Last time i did it, it was over 100 threats each day.

I used that program herdprotect and see those things listed and see trojan in it...

Are you by any chance getting tracking cookies mixed up with malware. Depending on the product, some A/V scanners show cookies as 'threats'. Cookies are a fact of life (I'm sure this forum uses them), but if you delete temp files + cookies with CCleaner before scanning, you may get different results. Otherwise, 100 virus threats per day sounds like a major problem.

Also got another big issue now.

I used the laptop without any issues with the keyboard. I then connected it to an external monitor and using my own wired keyboard. Thus using a usb port and connect my wired keyboard to it. I then disconnected my keyboard and monitor so i could use laptop by itself.

Right now most of the keys on the right side of keyboard doesn't work. J, k, l, u, i , o, p, n, m doesn't work. Enter button works however.

Does anyone know what this is happening?
