Should I do a reinstall of windows 7 on new sager laptop?

    So the letter i right now when i press it... its like the left click mouse pad clicking button. U, o, p, j, k, l, m doesn't work. The other keys however like enter, backspace works.


    Why would the letter i function as a mousepad button left click?

    Which ones exactly? You mean f1 to f11? If so i believe they work. f7, f8, f9, f10 doesn't do antyhing but then agaqin dont u have to press soemthing along with those keys to test it?

    Yes i was referring to your Fn Keys ... There is Software for them Hotkey Utility ... Was just wondering would that make any difference to your Keyboard ...

    Well most of them work. F11 works as well.


    Aprostrophe works, period doesn't work. Diagonal line doesn't work either...

    Try Installing the Software to see if that helps with the Keyboard .....

    Im going to contact xoticpc on this issue first but they aren't available right now so i dont want to do that just yet.

    Yes i will. But do you know of any other option to test my keyboard without downloading drivers or anything like that?

    There is not a lot you can do .. I am sure you have tried it in different programs .. Checked that there is no crumbs or dust around the Keys ... I suppose you have just noticed this issue ... Or was that the reason you started to use another Keyboard ... It might be worth trying this shut down your Laptop remove the battery and charger press the power button for about 15 Seconds ...
