What are the settings in BIOS for UEFI, CSM, Legacy BIOS and BIOS Boot Priority order?
I think I'm booting the win7 installer as a EUFI device, I got my USB formatted to FAT32.
EUFI is disabled, CSM is enabled. Isn't CSM the same as legacy ? Bios boot priority order? not sure how to answer that one.

I apologize, I don't know much about this stuff, I'm new at this.

How have you disabled UEFI?

Boot into BIOS setup and take pictures of the related settings I mentioned which are normally found on the Boot and Advanced tabs. If you only enabled CSM then it should still give you choices on the Boot tab of UEFI devices for your DVD and flash stick which should be plugged in while doing this. Set the UEFI Flash stick to boot first.

You can also access the Boot Menu using the boot key shown on first boot screen - normally by tapping immediately after power-on the F8 key for Asus. Are there UEFI choices there to choose? If not try the stick as a legacy (non-UEFI) Device, but it will need to be formatted then by Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool

Once it will get to the drive selection screen, delete all partitions to make Unallocated Space, then click Next. If you want to create your partitions with something special in mind then use the Drive Options pictured below.
