Fresh/new install of Windows 7 from USB to HD stalls will not load

I have a new build and am trying to load Windows 7 from my USB FDD. I have the ISO on the usb and installed on the new build and I get as far as what drive to select but there is an error stating it cannot load to the disk. I either get an error 0x80070057 or the one that is showing up mostly saying check controller in Bios for the hard disk.. I have not changed anything in Bios. So as of right now I am stuck with an ISO Windows 7 download that I cannot load or use. Anyone run into this problem.. I did once get to the loading windows screen and it held at 0% thought it was going to work but went back to an error about installing to the hard drive. All parts are new. I cannot seem to get the hard drive to be partitioned in NTFS quick either. So I do not know if Windows 7 is not loading simply because the HD is not formatted? Ugh hope someone has had this and fixed it. thanks

The hard drive does not have to be formatted, it can be un allocated space and windows will install to it no problem. If you have nothing on the hard drive, delete it down to un allocated space and try again.

Re write the iso file to the usb stick using this tool, it works perfectly every time.
