Can't install Windows 7 on Toshiba, setup exits after installing 39%.

    Hi everyone,
I have an Toshiba setallite L755, my I was trying to refresh the machine. I boot into win7 Home Premium cd and wipe its HD. Then In drive options it said can't install OS on this disk an setup would not install after installing 39%.
I bought a new 500 GB WD blue HD, it does not give error about installing OS on drive but it would still not got beyond 39% while installing.

    Hi

Please try installing from a USB flash drive. You can create one by following this tutorial : USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create

Also i highly recommend downloading a fresh copy of Windows 7 and using it to create the USB.

Direct download link to "Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1" from Microsoft's digital river site : http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-58997.iso

If any further problems occur work through the steps for Overcoming Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums.

If you have a UEFI BIOS, then update to latest firmware, in BIOS setup set CSM to enabled, Secure Boot disabled, boot the Win7 installer as a UEFI device if offered.
