Is it possible to read the Windows 7 DVD which came with the tablet to get the product key?
Unfortunately, I have misplaced the paper on which I wrote the product key down on and don't have an external hard drive to read the Win & disk (to reinstall) which came with the computer. I have used an ISO.

There`s no key on a windows 7 dvd. Call the manufacturer of the tablet, explain everything, they may give you a key.
So how did you install with the iso then ?
No COA on this tablet ?

Yep, cuz if the original COA is lost, you'll be at Best Buy purchasing a new Win7 disk...
You said that Lenovo provided a Reinstallation DVD with Win7 for the OS? This should self-activate when used to reinstall.
However if Win7 came on that PC then it should have the COA sticker affixed to the laptop with the Product Key to use to activate it when using your own reinstallation media.
Since we don't know what else was done wrong I'd start over and follow the steps to do a Clean Reinstall Windows 7
