Windows installer is broken- Cannot install everything

Please help me guys, I have tried many things to repair my windows installer without success. Any ideas to help would be appreciated guys. Thanks so much and please help as I am a YouTuber who is currently unable to upload due to me requiring to install a something.

You don`t repair your windows installer, you either buy a new one, or you download the iso file of the version you need and burn it to dvd.
