    Setup is Starting Services Loop

    Hi,

I tried to install Windows 7 on my new asus computer, now in some point i got an error "The computer has restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"

when the computer restarted I pressed f10 and got to the windows error recovery window.
I chose the "last known good configuration" option (big mistake) and now my computer is stuck in a loop, it is restarting, showing the windows error recovery window, starting services , restarting and so it goes...

What can i do about it?

    Please help.

    Thanks
    Eli

    HI gregrocker

At step 6 of the guide when i press shift + 10 i get "edit boot options" window.
    is it the command box?

No, as it says you are opening a Command Box. If Shift + F10 does not do this once you've booted into installation media, then access System Recovery Options as it also says.
