Office / Itunes etc do not load after using ACER E Recovery

I was having issues with my WIN 7 install so decided to run the ACER E Recoivery software to reinstall win 7 but to not delete data!

After a few issues finishing the process i now have win 7 working.

However i had to set up up a new user account to finish the process.

Now when I try to use software that was already installed like the MS Programs excel , outlook etc I get this error message

"Microsoft Office cannot verify the license for this application. A repair attempt failed or was cancelled by the user. The application will now be shut "

Could this be because I had to set up a new user login to complete the win 7 re install

    Any advice appreciated

If your computer came with Microsoft Office it was probably a Trial Version.
The Trial Version time has probably expired.

The eRecovery media will recover your Acer system back to the original factory settings, including all original software, applications, drivers, and Operating .

How do I restore my computer using Acer eRecovery Management?

    HI thanks for the reply.

Thanks so much for your quick reply :)

My office package came from the home use program Microsoft Home Use Program - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. The software suite includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access and more! so I had full versions and was running before.

Windows seems to be ok but programme already installed dont seem to work

Did Apple Itunes come with the computer? Probably not.
So when you went back to factory default using ACER E Recovery it probably remove it.

HI thanks again for your help. Itunes did not come with computer but Itunes is still installed I just get the error message as above.

Is this something to do with setting up a new user account to finish the windows 7 recovery

How did you reinstall Office 2013 Pro Plus. The Pro Plus version is usually supplied by schools & businesses & intended for use while you are a student there or actually in their employ.
You may have to contact your school or employer to get the activation code needed.

Have a look at this Office website & follow the Link shown in the section that has shows a House Icon, it might help you.

Hi The version is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010. As I just did a restore of operating system and retain user data. Which should of restored win 7 to factory defaults and files from user accounts backed up.

I therefore have not reinstalled office but i do think it is still on the computer. Just i get an error message. I do have the product key but it is not asking for it?

I am still at the same employer and office was working just is not working since I restored win 7 using the Acer eRecovery Management system.

Thanks for your help any ideas how to resolve

Reinstalling Windows 7 will remove all other Program Software, but will leave the user files intact if you did not reformat the drive.
Therefore you will need to reinstall Office 2010 Pro Plus & you will have to reactivate it as well.
