    Setup error (picture within)


    So I'm currently getting this message everytime I turn my computer on and I can't identify or figure out what the problem is.

    It's making my computer run slow as hell and the cursor is constantly spinning as if it's trying to do something.
    I can't run any programmes and my monitor is starting to turn itself off then back on.

    Ever since I got this message all of the problems above have occurred - before I got the message my computer worked perfectly fine.

    I've also tried all 3 of the options that are available to me and nothing happens after.

    Any solutions? Thanks

    Do you own a windows 7 install dvd ?

    You could try a system restore from boot.
