Installing Win7HP 64bit, instead of 32bit, used Magic Jelly Bean

Hi, I used Magic Jelly Bean to extract the serial number from the installed Windows 7 32bit Home Premium.
My question, now that I downloaded http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-58997.iso
for Windows 7 64bit Home Premium, will that serial work for it from the 32 bit Home Premium?

That depends, is this still the same 32 bit Windows operating system installed by the manufacturer ?

    If so then.....

No, that`s a mass factory install key, use the key on your COA to activate your new install.
