Well i fixed it , after you make the boot priority to USB first save and exit then don't press any key to open bios or boot menu and it should say press any key to boot from USB, now press any key and the setup will continue automatically !

With a usb stick, you don`t change anything in the bios, you simply use the 1 time boot menu key to bring up the boot menu, then you just choose the usb stick. You should never get the word "Press any key to boot from CD/DVD" If you make any changes in the bios it will boot from the usb stick over and over again, you only choose the usb stick 1 time using the boot menu screen.

Set the hard drive first to boot in BIOS setup, use the one-time BIOS Boot menu key to boot a USB flash stick so that it won't autostart over the install during reboots.

Start over with a fresh ISO from Clean Reinstall Windows 7 , written to stick with Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool.
