If you don't have UEFI BIOS then write the stick with Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool. But you must be sure the ISO file is complete. One way is to check the HASH: How to download Win 7 with SP1 ISO and verify it’s Hash Key | Gadgets n More

But If you reinstalled without SP1 then why not go ahead and run all the Updates and you'll soon have SP1?

Once you have Win7 set up and running like you want, save a Win7 backup image so you never need to reinstall again, just reimage the hard drive in 20 minutes.

All of this is in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 so study it over and ask back any questions.

I got it fixed

Problem wasn't about the USB nor ISO file, problem was making a working bootable USB. After a few retries of making bootable USB I managed to install Windows 7 from it.

Everything works fine now.

Thanks to everyone who helped.
